Royce says, “I love Orange County, if you're looking for a home, you could find any type of home you want, a lot of the houses in Orange County are very unique compared to some other cities.”
When it concerns his clients, Royce believes in a philosophy of transparency. He says, “I want to create a friendship with my clients, once I do that I get a better idea of what kind of home they want to get into, I'd like to get them into a home that they'd want to be in for the next 20 years.”
