Hello my name is Chris Fox, I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Rancho Cucamonga, and certainly love calling this great city my home.
I began as a loan originator in 2001, I found that I really enjoyed working with people, and it was something that I was good at so I guess that’s when you could say I found my calling.
We all experienced a major financial hardship when the market crashed. This is when my life had really transformed; I met my wonderful wife who made me the man I am today. She did not care that we were broke and counted change for gas money. She just knew she loved me. It's the most amazing feeling ever, to finally have a co-pilot in life, someone who has your back a pushes you to succeed and tells you how capable you are, and to just get out there and make it happen. My wife Kelly gave me the confidence to conquer the world.
Around this time when things were getting really hard, I was getting calls from friends and family with questions about their negative equity and what they should do. That is when I slowly started making the transition from a loan officer to a Real Estate Agent.
I did many short sales but I will never forget the very first home I sold, and how the family was in tears, I was lucky enough to be part of their American dream coming true, and I knew from that moment that this was the job for me.
I have spent the last 7-years growing my business and really learning what it means to become a professional in real estate. I take pride in my reputation and my work.
Anyone that has ever done business with me will tell you how passionate I am about my trade, and maintaining the most ethical reputation is my number one goal. I generate 90% of my business from family friends and referrals so my clients know I will do what ever it takes to get the job done and insure my client’s happiness.
What motivates me?
The summer of 2013 my life changed when my beautiful wife gave birth to our daughter Tyler. They are my world and they have lit a fire in me to do what ever it takes to provide for them.
It’s a busy world but I understand what ‘s most important…
I keep my volume of work comfortable so that my clients will never feel like I don’t have time for them, or that they’re not a priority.
I will always be available, will out work all competition, and will answer your every call. This is the reason I get so many referrals from past clients, and why I will continue to grow a business based on the type of service I provide.
